Project Overview

The North Country Community Recreation Center is seeking Construction Manager services for the rehabilitation and expansion of the existing recreation center into a comprehensive community wellness center.

Anticipated Project Work

The proposed project may include rehabilitation of the existing building; roof replacement; environmental remediation and cleanup; pool rehabilitation; accessibility and storage improvements; new HVAC and electrical systems; flooring replacement; and construction of a connected building addition.

Additional work may include exercise and wellness spaces, restroom facilities, an indoor walking track, sports and multipurpose areas, revenue-generating rental space, excavation, concrete work, grading, drainage, driveway and parking improvements, and landscaping.
